D.N.Prahlad, Founder and CEO
Prahlad has a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Science (IISC), Bangalore. Formerly a Senior Vice-President at Infosys Technologies, he played a pivotal role in that company’s growth story, contributing 35% of the revenues and 45% of the profits. Prahlad is also an Adjunct Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Bangalore, where he teaches Distributed Operating Systems.
Jayant Yardi, Director
Jayant has extensive international banking experience at senior executive levels. After taking an M A in Economics from the University of Cambridge UK, Jayant joined Grindlays, subsequently acquired by ANZ. The last 10 years of Jayant's career was spent at ANZ Group, Melbourne where he held positions such as Group Chief Strategist, Strategic Planning, General Manager ANZ Investment Bank, Member, Group Funds/Risk Management Committee. Other Group Appointments included, Assistant Director, Capital Markets Group, London, Head Treasury & Investment Banking Middle East; Head Treasury and Merchant Banking. India. Jayant has a special interest in default modeling of credit risk and has developed probability of default models using advanced statistical techniques. Jayant lives in Melbourne.
Rangarajan Sundaram, Director
Rangarajan Sundaram is Yamaichi Faculty Fellow and Professor of Finance at New York University's Stern School of Business where he teaches derivatives pricing and risk-management. He was formerly at the University of Rochester from 1988-96. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Madras, India, in 1982; his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, in 1984; and his PhD in Economics from Cornell University in 1988. He received the Jensen Award in 2001 from the Journal of Financial Economics and was a finalist for the Brattle Prize from the Journal of Finance in 2005. Professor Sundaram is the author of A First Course in Optimization Theory (Cambridge University Press, 1996) and Derivatives: Principles and Practice (McGraw-Hill, 2010). He was Co-Editor of the Journal of Derivatives from 2002-08 and has served on several other editorial boards. In 2007, he became the inaugural recipient of the Distinguished Teaching Award from the Stern School of Business.

A former Vice-President at Infosys Technologies, Ravi was the Head of Engineering, and instrumental in designing and developing Infosys' popular banking product, Finacle.
Sreekanth M.M., Director
Sreekanth has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore. He was one of founding employees of Surya and is the architect behind Surya’s BALM and CARE solutions. He is also a key player in developing relationships with clients for product development and support.
Srinivas Rao B. V., Director
Srinivas has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Mysore. He was one of the founding employees of Surya and is the technical architect of many of Surya’s products.
