Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, managing accounts payable and receivable, supporting budgeting processes, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and standards • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in BCom (Accounting, Finance, or a related field) • Experience 0 to 1 year
