Job Purpose
To lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of Operational Risk and GRC solutions by delivering client engagements, conducting fit-gap analysis, and contributing to product development aligned with regulatory requirements and evolving industry needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Execute end-to-end implementation of Operational Risk and GRC solutions, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and system configuration.
- Translate client and regulatory requirements into functional specifications and drive solution design within the product.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to build, test, and enhance GRC modules based on implementation learnings.
- Support product evolution through continuous feedback, data insights, and alignment with emerging regulatory and market needs.
Functional Responsibilities
- Lead requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis by mapping client needs to Operational Risk and GRC frameworks (RCSA, KRI, Loss/Event Management, Issues Management).
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to enable business and support units to adopt GRC tools, risk methodologies, and workflows.
- Translate regulatory guidelines and business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Design risk frameworks within the product, including risk taxonomy, control libraries, assessment structures, and reporting hierarchies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Business Units) to validate requirements and ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.
- Support UAT cycles, including test case preparation, execution, and business validation prior to go-live.
- Drive post-implementation adoption by resolving functional issues, refining workflows, and ensuring effective utilization of GRC modules.
- Contribute to product enhancements by identifying gaps and incorporating implementation learnings into functional improvements.
Technical Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy GRC/ORMS platforms, including workflows, forms, rules, and role-based access controls.
- Implement and customize modules such as RCSA, KRI, Risk Events/Loss Data, Issue Management, and Dashboards/Reporting.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate functional requirements into technical designs, APIs, and system integrations.
- Support data migration, system integration, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports using data analytics tools to enable risk monitoring and decision-making.
- Manage system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with technical support teams for bug fixes and enhancements.
- Ensure system readiness for audits and regulatory reviews through proper data capture, audit trails, and reporting capabilities.
