Experience: 8–10 years

Role:
- Own end-to-end customer support for products used by banks.
- Focus on ticket management, customer communication, escalation handling, and people management. Ensure issues are tracked and closed within SLAs.
Key Skills:
- Enterprise product / SaaS support experience
- Strong customer, escalation and people management skills
- Hands-on with ticketing tools, SLA-driven support
- Excellent communication & ownership
Nice to Have:
- Banking / fintech exposure
- Basic knowledge of ALM / IRRBB / balance sheet products
