Role:

  • Own end-to-end customer support for products used by banks.
  • Focus on ticket management, customer communication, escalation handling, and people management. Ensure issues are tracked and closed within SLAs.

Key Skills:

  • Enterprise product / SaaS support experience
  • Strong customer, escalation and people management skills
  • Hands-on with ticketing tools, SLA-driven support
  • Excellent communication & ownership

Nice to Have:

  • Banking / fintech exposure
  • Basic knowledge of ALM / IRRBB / balance sheet products
