Surya was founded in 1999 by Mr. D.N. Prahlad (an early employee of Infosys), to create software products. Headquartered in Bangalore, we also have offices in the USA, and France.

Surya Financial Technologies Private Limited (Surya), has been leading the Financial Control & Risk Management solution space with 25+ years of experience in developing and implementing Risk Management and Balance Sheet Management Solutions at 75+ BFSI customers globally. Responsibilities

  • Compile lists of leads from the Inside Sales team and keep track of the leads.
  • Providing data and reports to help the sales team
  • Maintain an organized and accessible file system for administrative and sales professionals
  • Handle all administrative duties for the sales team including documentation, presentations, proposals, RFP response, etc.
  • Sales meeting scheduling including demos and visits.
  • Clients follow-up for administrative purposes like contracts, invoices, payments, etc.
  • Provide administrative assistance to executives and management team members as required
  • Perform data entry duties with regard to CRM and other key data
  • Partner interactions, follow-ups, etc.

Requirements

  • Proficient with corporate web presentation tools
  • Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary
  • Demonstrated ability to assist sales teams with any additional work as needed with a can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail is necessary as well as being a people person with excellent customer service knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills.
  • 0-1 year experience in enterprise software application sales in an inside sales role
