Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with 2 – 4 years of experience in banking, product, implementation, and support roles within the BASEL III LR (LCR and NSFR) and Regulatory Reporting domain across Indian and Middle East regions. The role requires strong analytical and documentation skills, along with sound subject matter understanding of Basel III frameworks and RBI framework. The ideal candidate will be adept at client engagement, requirement gathering, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to deliver regulatory and BASEL III LR solutions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into detailed functional and technical documentation.
• Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Use Cases, User Stories, Gap Analyses, and System Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSD) and collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise in:

1. LCR, NSFR, Stress testing.
2. Other Regulatory reporting such as Intraday Liquidity report.

• Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including UAT planning, test case preparation, data validation, and results of reconciliation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure effective coordination between business, product, and technology teams.
• Contribute to change management processes and ensure alignment with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate proactive ownership, strong multitasking capabilities, and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting project timelines.

Required Skills and Competencies

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in banking, financial product management and implementation within the LCR / NSFR / Regulatory Reporting domain.
• Proven experience in requirement gathering, business documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and technical teams.
• Exposure to Indian and Middle East regulatory environments preferred.
• High level of initiative with a results-driven and solution-oriented mindset
